Uncontested Divorce Attorney Tulsa: Flat Fee Legal Service with Eggert Law
May 18, 2026

Eggert Law Firm has moved.
After several years operating out of the Rose District in Broken Arrow, the firm has relocated to a new, larger office that better fits the way we serve clients across Broken Arrow, Tulsa, and the surrounding communities.
Eggert Law Firm, New Office 108 W Dallas St, Broken Arrow, OK, 74012 Phone: (539) 252-9364 Email: cjeggert@eggertlaw.com
The new office is located still in the heart of the Rose District, convenient for out clients coming from Broken Arrow, south Tulsa, midtown Tulsa, Bixby, Jenks, Owasso, and the surrounding Tulsa County communities. Parking is available on-site.
The decision to move came down to a few simple things.
We needed more room. The kind of work this firm does, divorce, custody, bankruptcy, often involves multiple family members in a single meeting.
Parents, adult children, sometimes a CPA or a financial planner. The old office was a good space, but it was a tight space. The new office gives clients room to think and breathe.
We needed better conference space. Mediation sessions, parenting plan negotiations, and bankruptcy planning meetings frequently run two to three hours. A more comfortable, professional setting matters. The new office was designed with those longer meetings in mind.
And we needed a setup that fit how clients actually use a law office today. Better privacy at intake. A quieter waiting area. Easier access from the parking lot. Small things that add up over the course of a hard day.
Almost everything.
If you are an existing client with an open case, nothing about your representation changes. Your next appointment is at the new address unless we've told you otherwise.

Whether your matter is a quiet, uncontested divorce or a contested custody case, the same attorney handles your file at the new office.
Christopher Eggert has practiced family law in Oklahoma for more than 28 years. He's lived in Broken Arrow for most of that time. The firm reflects the way he practices, directly, plainly, without unnecessary aggression and without making clients feel small for needing help.
A lot of family law firms in the Tulsa area lean hard on being the most aggressive option. That's not the Eggert Law approach. The work is to get clients through a hard chapter without making it worse, not to escalate everything that walks through the door.
That doesn't mean the firm shies away from contested matters. It means we approach contested matters with judgment and strategy, not theatrics.
Most of the people calling Eggert Law are in the middle of something hard. A marriage falling apart. A custody dispute. A debt situation that's gotten past the point of figuring out alone. Sometimes all three at once.
We're not going to make you fill out a thirty-question intake form before you can talk to someone. We're not going to push you into a retainer on the first call. The first conversation is about whether your situation is the kind of thing this firm handles, and whether we're the right fit for you.
If it is, we'll schedule a consultation at the new office. The consultation fee is currently $125 for one hour. At the end of that hour, you'll know more about your situation than you did walking in, regardless of whether you decide to hire us.
A growing number of clients are calling about bankruptcy. Medical bills, credit card balances, post-divorce debt, business closures, lost income, there are a lot of paths to that conversation.
If bankruptcy is part of what you're thinking through, we just published a separate, longer resource on the basics. It walks through what Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 actually mean, what bankruptcy can and can't do, and what to expect from the process. It's worth reading before your consultation.
You can find it here: Bankruptcy Survival Guide: What a Tulsa Bankruptcy Lawyer Wants You to Know (link to the companion blog post).
The new office is open Monday through Friday during standard business hours. After-hours consultations can be arranged for clients whose work schedules make daytime appointments difficult. Bankruptcy consultations and protective order matters that need urgent attention are scheduled as quickly as possible.

This move only made sense because of the families who have trusted Eggert Law over the past several years. The work has grown because the work was needed, and a better office is a small way to keep showing up the way our clients deserve.
If you're considering working with us for the first time, the door is open at the new address. Come in, sit down, tell us what's going on, and we'll talk through it honestly.
That's how this practice has worked for nearly three decades.
